Reservation and Cancellation

(we answer within 2 hours between 6.00-14.00 h and within 8 hours between 14.00 and 6.00 h). The front-desk is staffed from 6.00-14.00, for check-in please use the automatic check-in terminal at the entrance. For questions please turn to the staff or call us (24 h). Cancellations are usually free of charge until the day of arrival 12.00 h unless specified otherwise. Most of front desk staff is multilingual. All of us speak English and Slovenian, most German and Serbo-Croatian, and some Italian and French.

All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.

Baby cot available, please request at reservation (additional charges). Maximum number of cots per room: 1.

Pets allowed in the guest rooms against a small charge (7 EUR per pet and night).

Breakfast buffet: 6.00-9.30 h, packed breakfast is not available

Halfboard: 19.00-21.00 h or as requested (additional charge for halfboard applies), a la carte restaurant from 18.00 till 22.00 h

Free parking and underground garage (reservation is not needed).
